This hotel is a hidden gem! The charming decor with local Peruvian artifacts really set a lovely ambiance. I had a beautiful single room with stunning views of the Ollantaytambo ruins, making my mornings magical. Breakfast offered an excellent variety with fresh fruit, yogurt, and customizable eggs, showcasing a commitment to quality. I especially appreciated the takeaway breakfast prepared for my early departure. The staff went beyond expectations, providing insight into the local culture and arranging a free tour of the area. My only hiccup was with the hot water in the shower. I had to ask a few times for it to heat up, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, this hotel is delightful and I would definitely return!

the location was nice, but that’s about it. My bathroom tab was a disaster, and I was stuck having to convince staff twice about my payment. I shoudl have gotten an upgrade, or at least complimentary breakfast. How hard is it to expect some special treatment? absoluteley disappointing, I almost left a good review but just couldn’t.

Had a great time with friends! We visited Machu Picchu and explored the Sacred Valley. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the train station. The staff was super helpful setting up our breakfast and arranging transportation. The room was cozy, and we enjoyed the view from our window. Can’t wait to return!
While everything was mostly fine, we found that the heating was a bit lacking at times, which could be uncomfortable on colder nights.
